Thankfully, Herb Greenberg is back on business television…he’s always been one of my fave reporters/commentators going back over ten years ago when he was muckraking for TheStreet.com.
He just had an interesting segment on CNBC in which he talked about what companies are saying they need versus what they really want. The gist of it is that everyone along the supply chain from producer to consumer is extremely tentative. I’m hearing and seeing a lot of anecdotal stuff that jibes with this concept.
